Η μεγαλύτερη γιορτή της Ελληνίδας επαγγελματία που διαπρέπει παγκοσμίως θα μεταδοθεί τηλεοπτικά από την ERT WORLD και διαδικτυακά μέσα από την ψηφιακή πλατφόρμα ERTFLIX στο https://www.ertflix.gr/ertworld-live/ την Κυριακή 11 Απριλίου, στις 19:00.
Στην τελετή θα απευθύνει χαιρετισμό η Αυτής Εξοχότης, Πρόεδρος της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας κ.Κατερίνα Σακελλαροπούλου.
Σε μια γιορτή αφιερωμένη στις Ελληνίδες που διαπρέπουν ανά τον κόσμο με τα επαγγελματικά τους επιτεύγματα θα ανακοινωθούν και θα επιβραβευτούν οι 12 νικήτριες που ξεχώρισαν από κριτές και κοινό.
Την τελετή θα παρουσιάσει η καταξιωμένη δημοσιογράφος και παρουσιάστρια Έμη Ζησιοπούλου-Λιβανίου. Στην λαμπερή τελετή απονομής για πρώτη φορά και χωρίς διαγωνισμό θα δοθεί το βραβείο Διεθνούς Αναγνώρισης (International Recognition) αλλά και το καθιερωμένο εκτός διαγωνισμού βραβείο Δια βίου Επιτεύγματος (Lifetime Achievement) σε δύο σπουδαίες Ελληνίδες με διεθνή ακτινοβολία.
Την τελετή απονομής θα τιμήσουν με την παρουσία τους για να παραδώσουν τα βραβεία οι κριτές, οι χορηγοί αλλά και η Υφυπουργός Εργασίας και Κοινωνικών Υποθέσεων, Μαρία Συρεγγέλα και ο Γενικός Γραμματέας Δημόσιας Διπλωματίας και Απόδημου Ελληνισμού, Γιάννης Χρυσουλάκης.
Την μεγάλη γιορτή που είναι αφιερωμένη στην Ελληνίδα θα τιμήσει με την παρουσία της η καταξιωμένη μουσικοσυνθέτρια Ευανθία Ρεμπούτσικα ενώ το κοινό θα έχει την ευκαιρία να απολαύσει και τη μουσική της.

169 Ελληνίδες από 13 χώρες παγκοσμίως μοιράστηκαν την ιστορία τους δηλώνοντας συμμετοχή στα Greek International Women Awards.
Στη 2η τελετή απονομής GIWA θα ακουστούν τα ονόματα 98 Ελληνίδων που πέρασαν στο τελευταίο στάδιο της διαδικασίας. Η εντυπωσιακή συμμετοχή στα βραβεία από γυναίκες εντός και εκτός συνόρων αποδεικνύει ότι οι Ελληνίδες ξεχωρίζουν παγκοσμίως για τις ικανότητες και το έργο τους.
Οι αιτήσεις των γυναικών που συμμετείχαν σε κάθε κατηγορία έχουν περάσει από την διαδικασία εποπτείας και ελέγχου της αίτησης τους από την Ernst & Young Greece (EY), έχουν βαθμολογηθεί από την κριτική επιτροπή των βραβείων και έχουν περάσει και απο ψηφοφορία κοινού.

2nd GIWA awards powered by Aphrodite Hills: The impressive awards ceremony on April 11th
The biggest celebration of the Greek professional woman who excels in the world will be broadcasted on TV by ERT WORLD and online through the digital platform ERTFLIX at https://www.ertflix.gr/ertworld-live/ on Sunday, April 11, at 19:00.
Her Excellency, the President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou will give the opening address.
The 12 winners who stood out for the judges and the audience will be announced and awarded. The ceremony will be presented by the renowned journalist and presenter Emi Zisiopoulou-Livaniou.
For the first time and independently of the competition, the International Recognition award will be given, as well as the established (also independent of the competition award) Lifetime Achievement award to two great Greek women with significant international exposure.
The judges, sponsors, the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Maria Syregela and the Secretary General of Public Diplomacy and Hellenes Abroad, Giannis Chrysoulakis will honour with their presence the award ceremony.
This important celebration dedicated to the Greek woman will be honored by the presence of the renowned composer Evanthia Reboutsika while the public will have the opportunity to enjoy her music.

The applications of the participants have gone through the process of supervision and validation by Ernst & Young Greece (EY), they have been rated by the GIWA judges and have been voted by the public.
